12-Month Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexico Coffee
Coffee meets bourbon in one seriously distinctive cup.
Our 12-Month Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexico Coffee begins with carefully selected single-origin coffee from Mexico. The green coffee beans are placed inside a freshly emptied bourbon whiskey barrel, where they rest and age for a full 12 months.
Over time, the beans naturally absorb the aromas and character held deep within the oak—creating an incredible marriage between single-origin Mexican coffee and the rich personality of a bourbon barrel. The result is an aromatic coffee with layers of warm oak, vanilla, caramelized sweetness, dark chocolate, and the unmistakable fragrance of bourbon.
Once the aging process is complete, we carefully roast the beans to bring the coffee and barrel characteristics together without overpowering either one. No bourbon flavoring is added—the unique aroma and flavor come from the extended barrel-aging process itself.
